AG-201 is free flowing powder of off-white color having maximum of 200 mesh size granules. In one per cent concentration it has viscosity of minimum 4000 cps in two hours and 4500 cps in fours hours. It is used in various applications like sauces, salad dressings, ice creams, bakery and bread improvers, instant noodles, sausage and stuffed meat products, canned meat products, pet foods, mining, paper, pharmaceutical and explosive.
